michael sullivan Not many performers can fascinate and captivate an audience with just a guitar and their voice the way Michael Sullivan does. Michael grew up in Chicago, IL. At the age of five his mother taught him how to play the piano. His father taught him how to sing. Soon after, he picked up the guitar. Like many others, he came to Hollywood to make his mark. Michael's honest and sincere songwriting appeals to both young and adult listeners. His unique blend of musical styles is complimented by his expressive jazz flavored vocals. philip bynoe Philip Bynoe began studying music at a young age. His father played string bass in an orchestra, and suggested that Philip learn to play the cello and guitar. His studies led him to the Berklee College of Music, and since then, his musical horizons have been changing and growing. Philip has toured the world and has played with great musicians like Steve Vai, Kevin Eubanks (The Tonight Show Band) and Slash (Guns N Roses). He is passing along his love of music to others by teaching at the L.A. Music Academy. Philip was recently voted one of the top ten bassists in the business by Burnn Magazine. tom brechtlein Tom Brechtlein grew up in East Meadow, Long Island and gravitated to the drums, listening to the music of the Beatles and Jimi Hendrix among others. In junior high, his attention turned to big band jazz, inspired by Dave Brubeck's drummer Joe Morello and modern giants like Elvin Jones and Tony Williams, as well as legends like Papa Jo Jones, Max Roach and Philly Joe Jones. "When I was 18," he recalls, "I saw Chick Corea's Return To Forever on TV; and I remember sitting there thinking, 'I'm going to play with that guy someday.'" Two years later, he auditioned for Corea and got the gig. He remained in the band till 1983, when he joined Wayne Shorter's band. He toured extensively with guitarist Al Di Meola and violinist Jean Luc Ponty before he hooked up with Robben Ford in 1986. Tom is currently touring with Rickie Lee Jones.
