looking at it, i can feel how i felt when i was there---gentle winds, about 72 degrees, soft noises of the trees swaying in the wind, and cars almost floating by (cars crawling by) at 15 miles per hour. the sun was caressing my skin, not beating down mercilessly on me....it was a soothing moment. strangely, yet fortunately, looking at this photo takes me back to that moment.

i printed it, and hung it on my wall, hopefully to take me there when i glance at it. just wanted to share this "Vermont Beauty" with you. i hope you enjoy it as much as i do.

michael
Visit www.mikesullivanband.com

Dying to be Different

There once was a little rock, who lived along the sea. He looked around and noticed everyone looked the same. His mom and dad and brothers and sisters and friends all looked the same. They all had the same ocean water splashed onto them, the same dust blown onto them, even animal urine and feces and 99% empty beer bottles thrown at them for amusement.

Joey always asked his parents why rock dont have "color".....they said rocks are ugly, will alwats be ugly, and its impossible for a rock to be colorful. Joey was devestated.

Then one evening shortly before the sun set, the little rock "joey" held his breath while a group of drunk idiots urinated on him. The foolish teenagers had ingested a lot of alcohol, so they urinated for a long time on poor joey. Joey was holding his breath longer than he ever had, and was furious!

Suddenly, little Joey noticed his pale colorless exterior started turning into a beautiful rosey red. He was so excited! Finally he was colorful and different! He continued to hold his breath, but focused on how much he loved his sister, and an additional color was born.....a soft, beautiful blue.

Then from out of the depths of hell, a huge merciless wave crashed onto the rocks and vilolently killed all of the drunk teenagers urinating on little Joey. Joey again held his breath and thought of the relief he suddenly had, and a soothing green appeared on his chiseled little rock body.

Little Joey stayed up all night and envisioned his emotions, held his breath, and exploded with colors.

Right before the morning sun rose, Joey tried with all of his might to impress everyone, by holding his breath forever, when he sadly burst, and blood ran out of his little body, and spilled down the letters he created.

It read, "I'm colorful, I'm different".
Visit www.mikesullivanband.com

Malibu Gems

Malibu Gems! He flew along the coast every day, but at a very low level. His name was Wilbur. He was terrified of heights, until one day his friends were playing with a frisby catching dog, named Dizzy. They would fly as close to the speedy red saucer, and right as Dizzy would leap for the red ufo, Wilbur and his crew would surround the little red saucer.....making dizzy loose his focus and clumsily fall to the ground and slip on the soft green grass.

Dizzy was ready this time. As his master Buster launched the red saucer into the sky, Wilbur and the gang raced through the air to crowd the dish. Dizzy ignored the saucer and jumped for Wilbur. "Oh my" Wilbur screamed! At the last second Wilbur had to choose, between being eaten by Dizzy the dog, or to soar into the "unknown".....hign into the sky to free himself from the menacing clutches of Dizzy.

Wilbur decided at the last second to spread his wings and soar into the sky over the cliffs of San Pedro, CA. The photo you see, is the view Wilbur had taking his "first ever" flight high into the sky. He just happened to have a digital camera with him to document the occasion.

The end.
Visit www.mikesullivanband.com

Steep Hill

If you want to feel like youre in san francisco, just look at this photo of a steep hill in burbank, california. just kidding, its as flat as a pancake. or is it?
Visit www.mikesullivanband.com

My car needs a bath

My car was begging me to take her to this car wash in Burbank.....but I passed right on by. as soon as I get some free time, I really should wash my car....its filthy.
